Health Inspections
Brazos County Health Department (BCHD) inspects all Dining facilities two times per year. Along with the BCHD inspections, Dining Services conducts its own inspection program. Dining Services also utilizes an extensive HACCP monitoring system for which compliance external reviews are conducted on a monthly basis.
